Science Research:
New Rochelle High School students who take part in the science research program compete in Regeneron’s Westchester based competition WESEF, and may advance to Regeneron’s international competition ISEF. Robotics:
New Rochelle High School competes in VEX robotics competitions. VEX competitions exist at the local, state and national level. Teams are typically tasked with building a robot that accomplishes a specific task, and on competition day teams compete to determine which ones do it best. Albert Leonard Middle School competes in the First Lego League. In the First Lego League Challenge, teams program and build robots that navigate through various missions.
